Spot selection is driven by staying on the published departure path for the active runway. When Runway 5 is active, you want to begin your takeoff from the fuel/crew change area from the spot that sits on that departure line so you can accelerate straight onto the runway without crossing or turning through areas that are not cleared for takeoff. This keeps you aligned with the centerline, maximizes obstacle clearance, and reduces taxi time and potential conflicts with other traffic. The other spots would require off-axis movement or crossing the active runway, which is not appropriate when Runway 5 is in use.
